WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Item(s) that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered, or items that you believe have a manufacturer’s defect, may be returned if purchased exclusively from flycodesapparel.com. In order for us to process your return, we must receive your item(s) within 30 days of your order date. Please account for the time it takes for the carrier to ship your item(s) back to us in Roanoke, Virginia.

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. Additionally, any items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If the item is still in our inventory, and is unworn, unwashed and unaltered, we will glad exchange it. Otherwise we will issue a store credit which will allow you to purchase another item from our current inventory. Our store credits do not expire. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, but we will ship the new item to you free of charge.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

For items that are in stock, it will take 5-7 business days for us to ship and for you to receive your order.

For custom items, please allow 3-4 weeks lead time to create your product and 3-5 business days to ship the items. Please keep this in mind when ordering for special events or for items needed by specific dates.

We use USPS shipping for most orders. If shipping needs to be expedited, we will use FedEx or UPS. A tracking number will be provided at the time of shipping.
